I can't thank you enough.  I came into your office on December 27th, after having bent down on Christmas Day and not being able to get up straight for 2 days...  I was all bent over, in substantial pain, and using a cane to try and walk.  You examined me and worked your magic so that I was able to walk out of your office standing up straight and not using a cane...  I can't thank you enough for doing what you did to help me...  You are a true miracle worker.
